What is Qigong?
“Qi” means energy, or the life force that runs through us all. “Gong” means “the work of” or “the practice of”. So Qigong is the practice of energy. The foundation of Spring Forest Qigong is built upon a combination of breathing, visualization, and movement. With this powerful combination you can activate your own healing energy to reduce stress, transform any physical challenges in your body, and open your heart to more love in your life.
Courtney was introduced to Master Chunyi Lin, founder of Spring Forest Qigong, at the young age of 9 years old, which inspired the passion to be a healer herself. She has since been diligently working to complete the certification program with the dream of becoming a Qigong Master one day. She is a certified Spring Forest Qigong practice group leader and has completed Levels 1-4 with SFQ.
